- Develop and take to market new propositions that improve customer experience perceptions.
- Plan and lead tariff development and management of PAYG, including reviewing core pricing and developing a margin improvement programme.
- Develop internal processes to improve service experience for both new and existing customers.
- Benchmark company against key competitors to identify best practice and areas for improvement.
Background
- Graduate with marketing or business related degree.
- Experience in proposition development within the telco sector.
- A demonstrable track record of successful deliveries and campaigns.
- Able to operate in a fast paced, rapid growth international environment.
