  Responsibilities
  • Develop customer relations strategy by key segments and across the complete product portfolio.
  • Formulate a segmented and customer insight driven annual plan to meet revenue and customer growth commitments.
  • Manage individuals who drive the plan comprising creative and offer, database management, list segments, online merchandising content, response modelling and testing.
  • Project manage every campaign and lead results analysis/market research, presenting clear conclusions, findings and recommendations.


Background

  • Must have excelled in roles that have significantly improved the customer journey and life time value for online subscription based services.
  • Proven track record in driving improved retention, value growth, revenue growth and overall customer satisfaction across technology choices.
  • People manager who has built a high performing team and controlled the major drivers i.e. lists, offers, creative, test matrices etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively for target setting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations.
