- Manage individuals who drive the plan comprising creative and offer, database management, list segments, online merchandising content, response modelling and testing.
- Project manage every campaign and lead results analysis/market research, presenting clear conclusions, findings and recommendations.

- People manager who has built a high performing team and controlled the major drivers i.e. lists, offers, creative, test matrices etc.
- Strong analytical and problem solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively for target setting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations.
