- Define social media/digital strategy to attract and retain new customers.
- Work with international acquisitions teams in US and Europe to establish best practice.
- Own and define third party/external web traffic and email acquisition methods.
- Define and manage external media activity in conjunction with media agency.
Background
- Significant social media/digital acquisition background gained within a web based business.
- Experienced in working with a subscription based service is highly desirable.
- Track record of managing and optimising multi-channel marketing programmes.
- Strong analytical skills.
