Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a stand alone territory, based around a technology specialism, major accounts and start-ups.
- Advise clients as to the most appropriate recruitment method i.e search, advertising, contingency etc.
- Provide a cradle to grave recruitment service i.e. research, job spec compilation, interviews, CV advice and presentation, offer management.
- Drive business pipeline through online marketing, cold calling, interviews, client visits etc.
Background
- Recruitment background gained in IT, Telecoms, Media or Marketing.
- Proven major account management and/or new business generation experience.
- Excellent communications skills encompassing small group presentations and recruitment brief compilation.
- Educated to degree level and/or a CIM qualification preferred.
